Security Policy
Last updated: 27 de septiembre de 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. This policy describes how we protect this site, the information we receive and the educational platforms we implement and operate for our clients.
1. Responsible party
Grupo de Soluciones Creativas S.A.C., with RUC 20607431117 and registered address at Las Almendras 286, San Martín de Porres, Lima, Perú, owner of the AulasMoodle and Aulaxis brands. AulasMoodle currently operates under its new brand, Aulaxis (aulaxis.com).
2. Scope
It applies to aulasmoodle.lat and to the implementation, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, support and development services we provide.
3. Site protection
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies security headers on the server. Its pages are static; contact forms are processed on the server with data validation, protection against automated submissions (temporary token, honeypot field and submission limit) and credentials stored outside the public folder.
4. Access control
Access to servers, control panels and databases is limited to authorized staff, with individual credentials, least privilege and stronger authentication where the service supports it. We never ask for passwords via chat or email.
5. Backups
We make daily backups of the platforms we operate, with periodic restore tests. For custom architectures, the frequency is defined with each client and can be as often as one backup per hour.
6. Monitoring and updates
We monitor platforms 24/7, apply security patches and test updates in a staging environment before moving them to production.
7. Secure development
We follow Moodle development standards and secure coding best practices: data validation, permission checks and code review before delivery.
8. Providers
We work with well-known infrastructure and service providers that have their own security measures and certifications.
9. Incident management
If a security incident occurs, we contain it, investigate its cause, inform the affected client and take measures to prevent it from happening again.
10. Vulnerability reporting
If you find a vulnerability in our systems, write to us at contacto@aulasmoodle.lat with the subject “Seguridad” (Security). We will get back to you as soon as possible.
11. Client responsibility
Each client must protect their passwords, manage their users’ permissions, keep their contacts’ information up to date and review the content they publish on their platform.
AulasMoodle is now Aulaxis. See also the equivalent document: Security Policy of Aulaxis.
