1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Browsing: the hosting server logs basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited and date) for the security and operation of the site.
• Cookies and measurement: only if you accept the cookie notice, the site uses Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta tools (Facebook and Instagram pixel) to measure visits, WhatsApp clicks and form submissions, and to show relevant ads. These tools may use cookies and browser identifiers. If you do not accept, only necessary technical cookies are used.
• Contact forms: when you complete a form on this site, we receive the data you enter (first name, last name, email, phone, organization, country, service of interest, preferred channel and message), along with the date, source page, the origin of your visit (for example, the campaign or ad you came from), IP address and browser, which we use to prevent automated submissions (spam) and to measure our campaigns. This data is sent by email to our sales team and may be stored in a protected database on our server. If the submission fails, the site offers you the option to send your message via WhatsApp; in that case, you decide whether to send it.
• Other channels: when you contact us via WhatsApp, by email or through the form on aulaxis.com, we process the data you share with us.
• Complaints Book: the data required by consumer protection regulations.
• Clients: the data needed to deliver the contracted service, issue invoices and provide support.

3. Purposes

We do not sell or rent personal data.

• Answer your inquiries, send you a confirmation of receipt and prepare proposals.
• Deliver, invoice and support the contracted services.
• Measure the performance of the site and our advertising campaigns, only with your consent.
• Handle claims and complaints.
• Maintain the security of the site and our platforms.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by checking the acceptance box on the form; the performance of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship; and compliance with legal obligations, such as the Complaints Book and tax obligations.

5. Retention

6. Recipients and transfers

We share data only with providers that help us operate (web hosting, email, messaging, measurement and advertising via Google and Meta, and cloud services), under confidentiality agreements. Some may be located outside Peru; in that case, we apply the safeguards required by law. If you contact us through aulaxis.com, that site’s Privacy Policy also applies.

7. Data on our clients’ platforms

When we implement or operate a platform for a client, the client is the controller of its users’ data and we act as data processor, following the client’s instructions and applying the measures in our Security Policy.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) by writing to contacto@aulasmoodle.lat with the subject “Datos personales” (Personal data) and stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data, as described in our Security Policy.

10. Cookies

On your first visit, the site shows you a notice to accept or reject measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel). Their cookies are only used if you accept; if you reject them, Google only receives cookieless signals and the Meta pixel is not loaded. You may change your decision at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer or by deleting your browser’s cookies.

11. Minors

Our services are intended for organizations. We do not knowingly collect data from minors through this site.
