Unless the contract or proposal states a different period, the warranty lasts six (6) months from delivery or go-live. At the client’s request, the contract may set a longer period, for example one (1) year.
The warranty does not cover changes in scope, new features, errors caused by third-party modifications, updates to Moodle or other components not included in the proposal, or issues with the client’s infrastructure. These are handled through support or a new quote.
